Dr. Mojdehbakhsh attended medical school at Drexel University College of Medicine and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Wisconsin, where she also completed a fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology. The Department of OB/GYN is pleased to welcome back Ethan Litman, MD, MS, to the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine upon completing our Maternal-Fetal Medicine fellowship program. Dr. Litman earned his medical degree at Albany Medical College and a master’s degree in Data Science from George Washington University. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at George Washington University, followed by fellowship training in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at BIDMC. Click the header to read more.

Steven Freedman, MD, PhD, has assumed the role of Vice Chair for Promotions and Faculty Advancement for the Department of Medicine. In his 40-plus-year tenure at BIDMC and as faculty in the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition, Dr. Freedman has continually demonstrated a deep commitment to the core values of our Department and has been extraordinary in his development of new research, clinical, and educational programs, always designed to strengthen and support our faculty and trainees.
