
We are pleased to welcome Aletheia Millien, MD, as a member of our Academic Specialists in General Obstetrics and Gynecology (ASGOG) team in our Lexington practice.
Dr. Millien comes to us from our BIDMC OB/GYN residency program. During residency, she became known for her steady energy, her generosity toward colleagues, and her ability to lift the morale of an entire team on a hard day. Dr. Millien’s clinical interests include Doula Support/Care within OB/GYN, serving as a volunteer doula in med school. She also received the Resident Chief Humanitarianism and Douglas K. Richardson Perinatal Collaboration Awards of 2026, the Dr. Paul I. Winig Award for Compassion in 2024, and the Harvard Medical School Resident as Teacher Award in 2022.
Dr. Millien earned her medical degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine, where she was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society and received the District IV ACOG John Gibbons Medical Student Award, and Dalldorf Loyalty Fund Scholarship.
