Dr. Leo Tsay is the new Site Chief of Anesthesia at the One Brookline Place Surgical Center. Dr. Tsay will oversee all anesthesia and perioperative services and work with clinical and administrative staff to ensure patients receive safe high-quality care. He will guide the growth and success of the center and support excellence in patient care, education, quality, and safety. Dr. Tsay brings a wealth of experience and deep understanding to this position. He was Site Chief of Anesthesia at One Brookline Place from 2021 to 2024, and during that time played a pivotal role in the facility’s operations and development.

A graduate of Johns Hopkins University and the University of Maryland School of Medicine, Dr. Tsay completed his anesthesia residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center and has been a member of the BIDMC Department of Anesthesia, Critical Care and Pain Medicine since 2011.
