Congratulations to 16 Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians (HMFP) who recently graduated from the BILH Physician Leadership Program. As part of efforts to promote career satisfaction, this program prepares early- to mid-career physicians for leadership roles; the curriculum includes assessments, workshops, projects, coaching, and more. Announcements about the application process and timing start in April of each year. This year, 15 new physician leaders have begun the program.
